FURNITURE ASSEMBLY

Furniture assembly is easily completed with proper planning, basic hand tools, and following step-by-step instructions.

You can follow these steps for a successful installation:

Preparation and Site Selection: Free up the area where you will be assembling and lay cardboard or a soft cover on the floor to prevent scratching the furniture pieces.

Parts Check: Check the contents of the box and check all panels, screws, dowels, and hinges for any missing items by comparing them to the list in the installation manual.

Tool Preparation: Have your Phillips and flat screwdriver, Allen key (usually included in the box), hammer (for wooden dowels/dowels), and cordless drill (on a low torque setting) ready.

Start from the Skeleton: Always begin assembly from the main body of the product (exoskeleton). Place the wooden dowel pins by tapping them lightly with a hammer and insert the attachment screws.

Add Accessories: Once the main body is assembled, assemble the tracks, hinges, drawers, and doors.

Stability and Safety: Make sure the product is on a flat surface. Especially high furniture such as wardrobes, bookcases or dressers, be sure to fix them to the wall against the risk of tipping over.

Tip: If you are using a cordless drill, keep the torque setting low; high torque can cause the wood material to lick or crack.
